Admission Procedure

Parents/Guardians are advised to get their wards registered for admission well in time before the new session starts. At the time of registration, date of written entrance test will be given, when the child has to appear for test in English, Maths and Hindi. After the student clears the test Application Form for admission will be issued, which will be filled in and submitted in the office with required documents.

REQUIRED DOCUMENT'S

1. It is open to all boys and girls irrespective of caste, colour or creed.

3. For admission, the following formalities are to be completed.

a.) All application for admission must be made on the prescribed form which is enclosed with this prospectus.

b.) The details in the registration form and in the admission form must be filled in accordance with the documents being submitted.

c.) An attested copy of the original birth certificate (on case of Nursery, KG & 1st ) and original T.C. (in case of all classes from 2nd to iith ) should be submitted.

d.) T.C. would be accepted only if the issuing school is recognised / affiliated by / with the Board of Education of a State Government or with the a Central Board and if the T.0 is from a school outside of Rajasthan, it must be counter signed by the concerned authority.

e.) No documents submitted along with the application form will be returned.

f.) Make sure that the entries you make, while filling up the registration form, is correct, as it will not be changed afterwards.

g.) The Registration form is not transferable.

h.) The cost of the prospectus and registration form is RS. 200/- (Non refundable)

i.) Forms issued is valid only for the current session.

j.) The detail of the counselling process will not be made public.

k.) The decision of the principal in matters of admission is f inal and binding.
